We’re PUMPED to co-host Soda City Fall Fitness Festival on Saturday September 24th during market hours in Boyd Plaza!
The festival will highlight local gyms and athletic events plus interactive class demonstrations every half hour! All proceeds go to Camp MATES, a local non-profit focused on offering health and wellness to children with autism.
It’s from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, in Boyd Plaza — that’s the open space in front of the Columbia Museum of Art.

In conjunction with Soda City, join us in celebrating everything health and fitness related that Columbia, SC has to offer. In addition to sampling an assortment of home-grown studios, local juicers, and other community based businesses, you will also have the chance to get sweaty as four different demonstrators host express classes every 30-minutes.
Camp MATES, a local non-profit focused on offering health and wellness to children with autism, will be the beneficiary of our fundraiser. Proceeds will allow Camp MATES to offer yoga and mindfulness classes everyday of camp in the summer of 2017. Yoga and meditation are transformational tools that build resilience, promote health, and create community.
Join us as we partner with the best-in-class organizations to make the healing benefits of yoga and meditation accessible to all communities. Need more information? Email Megan Leskody directly at MeganLeskody@gmail.com
