Because healthcare recruiting is more competitive than ever, the human resources department at Palmetto Health needed a campaign that would help them stand out from the competition. Since our research showed us that nurses and other allied health professionals care about being appreciated and valued as much as they care about salary and benefits, we created a campaign that showcased all the ways Palmetto Health puts it’s employees first.
