Lineup order
Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and festivities wrap up at 1 a.m.
Weaving the Fate will start around 7:30 p.m.
ZZ Ward will start around 9:00 p.m.
Kool & the Gang will start around 10:30 p.m. and conclude at 12:30 p.m. with a short break for midnight festivities.

Parking
After-hours parking in all city garages will be free, as usual, on New Year’s Eve. Here is a list of the city garages near FHNY:

VIP Parking
Free parking in the Capitol Center garage, right next to FHNY, is included for guests who purchase tickets to the Absolut Crescent Lounge (more information:http://bit.ly/1c4KJEx).
Guests with VIP (Crescent Lounge, Palmetto Penthouse) tickets should enter through the Capitol Center garage or Gates A or B.
ADA accessibility
For those with disabilities, Agape Senior has sponsored construction of an accessible viewing platform across from the stage in front of The Whig bar at the corner of Main and Gervais.

Changes for this year
Three General Admission and two VIP entry gates this year; ADA viewing area; large screen viewing adjacent to stage; focus on use of sustainable product packaging and recycling.
Safety
Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for all event attendees. All bags will be subject to search and valid state-issued ID is required at all entry gates. City of Columbia police have expanded coverage due to expectation of a larger crowd.
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY TOWARD VIOLENCE OF ANY TYPE. ANY INCIDENTS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY THE CITY OF COLUMBIA POLICE DEPARTMENT AND EVENT SECURITY. ANY PERSONS INVOLVED IN FIGHTING OR VIOLENT ACTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM SITE AND/OR ARRESTED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Bonus
The City of Columbia Ice Rink, located in Boyd Plaza at the corner of Hampton and Main, will be open extended hours on New Year’s Eve until 1 a.m.
