June 3, 2015
Sign manufacturer and provider of brand conversion services for many of the world’s most recognized companies introduces its own new logo
COLUMBIA, SC – Colite International rolled out new colors today that included a definitive new logo, and in a sense, put to practice what the company and its 100 plus employees have done on a daily basis since 1992 for many of the world’s most well-known brands. As a leader in its field of managing all aspects of global signage programs and new corporate identity conversions, Colite applied the expertise of its own staff in association with Columbia based companies, ADCO and Elephant Ear Design for the design development of the new mark that is being released in tandem with a new website.
The privately held company, whose legacy in the sign industry is traced back some 60 years, has its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Columbia, but engages dozens of strategy partner companies in every region of the world to meet the demands of a client base that includes the likes of Microsoft, Gap, Dell, Holiday Inn, Merck and Victoria’s Secret.
“Our everyday activities involve the brands of other companies and applying signage and graphic elements around the world while protecting the integrity of their logos and brand guidelines. The time was right to put that in-house knowledge and experience to work refreshing our own brand” said CEO Marty Brown.
“We are very excited about the new look and how it connects our past with where we are today, and where we want to go in the future.”
Colite President, Peter Brown added, “The look is very attractive with an environmentally fresh look that will allow us to enhance our brand recognition worldwide while maintaining a connection to our heritage. It also communicates a more modern and innovative image as we explore future opportunities into other industries such as lighting and energy solutions for our customers.”
