In case anyone was looking for Lora, Brian or Brad on Monday, here’s where we were…
We had a meeting down at Hobcaw Barony, a fascinating client. Our meeting wasn’t that long, but we spent most of the day traveling. Before leaving, we took a long look at the unspoiled inlet that forms a significant part of the property, where USC’s Belle W. Baruch Institute for Marine and Coastal Sciences does research.
It was beautiful. We had endured rain all the way down, and were to do so much of the way back, so this was a nice break.
We can’t wait to go again. As one person who works at Hobcaw Barony said in part when we asked what she loved about her job, “A bad day at Hobcaw is still fun.” We wouldn’t know. We haven’t had a bad day there yet…
